Re: Royal Valley Junior Varsity Girls' & Boys' Tournament, February 11, 2017.

Starting time: 9:00 AM

1. Games will be held in both the Royal Valley HS gym and the Royal Valley Elementary gym. These gyms are at the Hoyt site. The GPS address is 101 East 1st Street, Hoyt KS 66440. The gym sites will be marked on the tournament bracket.

2. Medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place medals (10 medals per team).

3. The upper team in the bracket will be the home team on the scoreboard and will sit to the right of the score table. The home team will wear the light jerseys and the visiting team will wear the dark jerseys. Be sure to bring both jerseys.

4. Practice balls will be provided.

5. A concession stand will serve various kinds of food.

6. Admission prices: Adults - $5.00; Students - $4.00; No passes will be accepted.

7. Locker rooms will be provided. However, you will be sharing the locker room with your boys' or girls' teams. Please take care of your own valuables. Bring your own towels.

8. There will be a hospitality room for coaches, administrators, and bus drivers.

9. The tournament will be played in one day. Royal Valley will play in the high school gym during the first round of games. The first place games will be held in the high school gym and the third place games will be held in the elementary gym.

10. Please fax you team roster and overall record on or before February 6, 2017.

11. All records should include games through February 5, 2016. Our fax number is 785/966-2833.

12. There will be a $50.00 entry fee per team or $100.00 per school.

13. Participating teams include:

a. Boys --Royal Valley, Rock Creek, St. Marys, & Santa Fe Trail.

b. Girls --Royal Valley, Rossville, St. Marys, & Santa Fe Trail.
