MASON,OH–April2,2015–AssurexHealth,aprecisionmedicinecompanyprovidingindustry-leadingtreatmentdecisionsupporttohealthcareprovidersforbehavioralhealthandchronicpainconditions,todayannouncedthatitsnew,60,000square-footheadquartersandlaboratorywillanchora mixed-usedevelopmentinMason’s OakParkDistrict.
Adding to thedistrict’s growingbioscienceandhightechinvestment,the newfacility is anticipatedtobebuilton30 acresonInnovationWay just offthe Western Rowexitof I-71.
Part ofNew“BusinessGateway”to Mason
AssurexHealthhasretained theTenantAdvisoryGroupat DTZtomanagethedesign anddevelopmentofthefacility,whichwillincorporateaplanforanadditional30,000square-footexpansionspace.DTZalso will lead thedevelopmentof a masterplan fortheentire30acresitewithAssurex HealthandtheCityofMason,accordingtoDonaldR.Wright,ChiefOperatingOfficeratAssurexHealth,toensureit caneffectivelyaccommodatealargerbiosciencemixed-usecampus.Thesitewillbenearanew,planned 1-71interchangewhich willcreate anewbusiness“gateway”tothecity.
