--123 Baskets, 46 Board Prizes

--Profit=$ 3,130.00

(Included tickets sold, cross-stitch, kitchen sales, and wooden cemetery crosses)

--Thank you card handed out to all present members, to be signed and then to be given to Vince and Sophie DeSanctis for their donation of the handmade wooden cemetery crosses.

--Wendy Abruzzi will hand out a spreadsheet with the breakdown from the Basket Social at our next A&R meeting.

New Business:

  1. A&R Fun Night (Tuesday, May 18, 2010)

--A $ 5.00 Yankee gift exchange will be done.

--A guessing game will be done with A&R member’s Wedding pictures.

Motion: A&R Fun Night to be held at Mama’s Restaurant in Slatington for 6 pm.

--All A&R members are invited to process behind the 1st Holy Communicants for this celebration at the 10:30 am Mass.

  1. Church Picnic (Sunday, June 6, 2010)

--Will follow after the Polka Mass at 10:30 am in the Social Hall.

--Polka Band will provide entertainment for this event.

--If interested in bringing or making anything for this event, a sign-up sheet will be in the Bell Room.
