IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Category (2)-Tenders are invited for finalizing rate contracts with Original Equipment manufacturers (OEMs) under OE provisions (ISSUE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS ON-LINE AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER - IN MANUAL MODE ONLY)
Tenderers must carefully read the instructions given below before submitting their tender to ASRTU in MANUAL MODE. The contents of all the tender volumes and other tender documents are given hereunder. Tenderers must follow the instructions for submission of tender.
A)VOLUME - 3

The Documents of this Volume are uploaded in the home page, please download and submit hard copy to ASRTU as mentioned below.
Tenderer shall download and take printouts of the documents of this volume. Duly filled-in and signed documents along with all the supporting documents should reach ASRTU office in the tender envelop.The contents of this volume are as follows:
i) Works Inspection Proforma
ii) Annexure-I (Details of Manufacturing facilities to be provided in this Annexure)

The contents of this volume are as follows:
-Testing Charges Schedule (for payment of test charges to ASRTU)
-Forwarding Letter.
-Conditions of Tender.
-General Conditions of Supply
-Criteria for Levy of Penalty/compensation due to short fall in Specification (APPENDIX - E)
-General Information regarding Contracts established by ASRTU
-Fleet Strength of STUs (APPENDIX - A)
-Procedure for collection of test samples and forwarding the sealed samples to Central Institute of Road Transport, Pune (APPENDIX - C)
Firms can download documents of OE tender from the website on payment of cost of tender forms by way of Demand Draft of requisite amount as per Tender Notice No. OE/2017-249TH SC(S&C). Tender shall be submitted to ASRTU on or before the due date as per the tender notice either personally, by post, courier etc along with the Demand Draft of Rs.10,000/- towards EMD. No previous EMD shall be subject to adjustment against the fresh EMD. Tender shall be rejected without EMD at the time of opening, if the EMD not found either in envelop or received separately on or before 30-01-2018, 17 00 Hrs. Original Equipment manufacturers can participate in this category of tender for any item mentioned in the Tender Notice no. 3/2017-249TH SC(S&C) provided the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the said tender notice is complied with. Tender in sealed envelope duly super scribed as “OEM TENDER- OE/2017-249TH SC(S&C) must reach on or before the due date at the following address:
