The Plant Maintenance, Inspection and Engineering Expo and Conference invites you to display your products and services at the 13thannualExpo and Conference at the Pasadena Convention Center (PCC) in Pasadena, Texas. The show will be hosted from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on Thursday, April16, 2015. Proceeds from this event will benefit theUniversity Scholarship Fundand the Technical Chapter.

Thisexpois geared towards all aspects of engineering, inspection and maintenance of refinery/petrochemical fixed and rotating equipment. It is hosted in close proximity to operating plants and attracts engineering, maintenance and inspection professionals from the Houston Ship Channel & the Gulf Coast area.The Expo and Conference is free to the attendees. There will be a registration desk for the attendees and name badges will be issued. We will capture attendees’ contact information (with their permission) and will forward the information to you for your use.

Inside booths are offered for$875.Please see the Exhibit Booth Registration Form for more details on our booth spaces. Booths are assigned ona first-come, first-served basis in the order in which paymentise received(starting with Gold and Silver Sponsors). The booth fee coverslunchtickets and adult beverage tickets for all attendees. Exhibitors will also be provided postcards that advertise the Expo as part of the booth purchase. These postcards will be shipped no later than late February 2014. In an effort to help achieve higher attendance we request that exhibitors utilize these postcards to advertise the Expo to their customers and email Expo information to their client base.

Move in and set-up of larger displays will be on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. smaller displays may be set-up on Thursday, April 16, 2015, from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. All exhibits are to be removed from the PCCbeginning at 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 10, 2014..If you require additional services for receiving, setup or dismantle your display, the event decorator, Phoenix Design (281.499.0600), is available to assist.PCC does not accept shipments; shipment must be handled by Phoenix Design. Alist of services and prices for decoration needs which will be provided at a later date.

As in the years past, there will be an opportunity to present technical papersagain this year.The presentations should be non-commercial and meet the criteria outlined in the ASME PEM Speaker Guideline (provided upon request). Since there are a limited number of presentationslots andthose wishing to make a presentation should send an abstract, bio and presentation draft to Clint Britt by February 14, 2014. The ASME PEM Expo Committee will review these submittals and select the final presenters by March 21, 2014.
