Secretary -LaRee Peters =》Minutes from April May 2017 meetingsneed approval. *We will need a new Secretary in February. LaRee will stay on and mentor through May meeting.
Treasurer –Stephanie Widell to report => Budget review and updates on current budget. Purposed budget will be voted on at October 17th ASK/PTO meeting.

NEW BUSINESS:
Apparel Sale: We will be taking orders at this meeting too.
Hanson Fundraiser: KickoffAssemblyMonday, September 11th at 12:45pm at King. Orders, with money, are due September 26th. Order will be placed by October 5th and will be ready for pick up on October 25th.
Dates of upcoming ASK/PTO meetings:October 17th, November 7th, December 12th, January 9th, February13th, March 13th, April 10th, May 8th. Meetings start at 6pm we try to be done by 7pm.
COMMITTEE ASIGNMENTS AND REPORTS:
Book Fair week of November 13th -Crystal Ristowis Chairperson. She still needs 6+ more helpers.
Teachers Appreciation -Kim Diemer
Family Movie Night -LaRee Peters*will need volunteer to take over in January. LaRee will stay on to mentor thru June. This year's movie nights will be:
October 13th 6:15pm to 8pm
December 1st 6:15pm to 8pm
February 16th 6pm to 8pm
April 20th 6pm to 8pm

Fall Fest October 26th 6pm to 8pm -Crystal Ristow and Angie Neal Co-Chairpersons *in need of 12 more helpers

School Store -Chairperson needed *still in need of 7 more volunteers
Bake Sale during Fall Fest October 26th 6pm to 8pm *will need a committee chair. We have a list of families who wish to donate started.
5th Grade Recognition -LaReePeters looking for 5th grade parents volunteers
Family Dinner Nights -Chairperson needed. Examples are Chuck E Cheese, Chili's…

Family Fitness Chairperson needed *event won't happen if no chairperson this year
