2014 Nomination for Outstanding Project Awards

Eligibility

ASCE San Francisco SectionAwards recognize outstanding Civil Engineering projects in California.

Award recipients will be notified in September 2014.

Application Materials Required:

Project Nomination Form submitted by Project Owner or Engineer of Record

Award application / basis for the nomination (page 4).

Describe the reason this project is deserving of recognition and being honored. List pertinent information, in order of significance, which will clearly indicate the special qualities of the project. For criteria visit our Awards page: www.

3 electronic images of the project to be used in the Awards Program (see instructions below).

Entry Instructions

Materials must besubmitted on or before June 30, 2014. Electronic submittal is requested.

Include 3 Jpeg Photos of the Project(inserted in to application) to be used in the Awards Program

Image Filenames = project name_1.jpg, project name_2.jpg, project name_3.jpg.

Images are to be inserted in to the MS Word Document.

Image Size Requirement: Minimum 600 x 450. Maximum 1024 x 768 (pixels wide x height).

Please e-mail this application in MS Word format no larger than 10 MB per email.

Save your document filename as: project name.doc

Include both the Nomination Form and the Award Application as one file
