Shared Responsibilities for High Student Performance

The mission of Pat Neff Middle School is to provide a positive learning environment through a partnership of community and a dedicated staff, which will challenge students to recognize and accept their roles as responsible citizens who are able to work cooperatively with others, adapt to changes, and maximize their potential.

As a teacher, I will strive to:

1. continue to develop professionally to enhance my ability to provide quality teaching and leadership.

1. encourage open lines of communication between staff, parents, students, and school community that will enhance a successful school environment.

1. respect the cultural, racial and ethnic differences among students, their families and other staff.

1. provide an environment and curriculum that will maintain rigorous academic focus.

1. provide a safe, caring, and helpful environment conducive to active learning.

1. provide our students with a learning environment that encourages regular school attendance.

1. provide opportunities for parents to volunteer and participate in classroom instruction.

1. believe that all children can learn.
