·On the 9” x 12” BLACK PAPER draw a 3” grid, (3 x 4 squares)

·READY? MIX YOUR COLORS AND GO!!! MATCH YOUR COLORS PERFECTLY!!! You will use white, black, magenta, blue and yellow to create your colors. Mix the color, dab your brush tip in the puddle of paint, dab the paint brush to the pixelated square to match the color. The tempera paint will dry lighter. There is no need to account for this. Let the paint match while it is wet.

  • When we are finished you will present your research, your original color copy, your pixelated color copy and your finished painting in class.
  • We will do a Gallery Walk.
  • You will complete a self evaluation and turn in all pieces for your grade.
