Arsha and Rohan are very exceptional students in mathematics and they will be tutored thoroughly by Dr. Kevin L. Powell. The additional hours requested by the parents will be granted on this conditional basis:
a. Both students will receive weekend tutoring and instruction from 3:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
b. Tutor Chartlotte and the Michigan Administration Inc will purchase textbooks for the students as directed by Dr. Powell.
c. Both students must adhere to the mathematic standards set for gifted and exceptional students.
The standards are:
1. The students must learn mathematics vocabulary.
2. The students must provide Tutor Charlotte a weekly written notebook check that is satisfactory to Dr. Powell.
3. The students must complete the weekly syllabus before progressing to the next concept including the collection written homework.
4. The students must complete successfully a thorough examination as directed by Dr. Powell. Dr. Powell will set a test date and times where both students can be tested when there are no other are present.
Tutor Charlotte will purchase the supplies for the students starting October 13, 2012.
