  1. Call to Order-The regular board meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Board President, Dianna Workman. Board members Debbie Hightower, Eric Sawyer and Scott Hansen were present. Board Member Thomas Vanosdell was absent. Admin present was Chad Turner, Melanie Finchum and Kathy Turner. Public present was Joel John.
  2. Pledge of Allegiance-Mr. Turner led the pledge.
  3. Invocation-Mr. Turner led the invocation.
  4. Call to the Public-There was no request.
  5. Approval of Minutes-Motion by Eric Sawyer, seconded by Scott Hansen to approve the regular board meeting minutes dated Feb. 12, 2018. Votes: 4/0
  6. Approval of Vouchers-Motion by Scott Hansen, seconded by Debbie Hightower to approve payroll vouchers #17, 18 and expense vouchers 5268, 5269, 5270 and 5271. Votes: 4/0
  7. Approval of the Student Activities Statement-Motion by Debbie Hightower, seconded by Eric Sawyer to approve the student activities statement as presented for $11,677.54. Votes: 4/0
  8. Policy Advisory # 602-615-First Reading-No Action
  9. Consideration of hire- Motion by Debbie Hightower, seconded by Scott Hansen to approve the hiring of Angie Federico at the daycare. Votes: 4/0
  10. Consideration of coaches-Motion by Eric Sawyer, seconded by Debbie Hightower to approve Mr. Pedrotti (Baseball) and Mrs. Strawn (Softball) as coaches with a nominal stipend of $1000. Votes:4/0
  11. Consideration of substitute teachers-Motion by Debbie Hightower, seconded by Eric Sawyer to approve June Blackson and Phillip Miglio as substitute teachers for the district, as needed. Votes: 4/0
  12. Acceptance of donation-Motion by Scott Hansen, seconded by Debbie Hightower to accept the $1200. Virginia Piper Grant. Votes: 4/0
