Problem

Some of my staff have a negative attitude towards environmentalists and I’ve been asked to supervise a project related to the Council's environment program! I'm worried their attitude will affect their work on the project.

Review

The main thing I was worried about with this was that I was going overboard with the solution — after all, my team only had to install bins and bag dispensers! But after the short training and some discussion about how we use fuel and how we can cut down on our waste, they understood better the whole thinking behind this project. They’re taking on a lot more responsibility for the installations. Now that we’re a few days into putting the bins in, that’s a big relief for me.
