2:45pm / Announcements, then Load, Depart for Chandler Center for the Arts
3:45pm / Warm-up
4:15pm / Perform / (4:30pm – arriving in uniform!)
4:45pm / Announcements, then Load, Depart for Chandler Center for the Arts
4:45pm / Clinic
5:30pm / Load trailer, load bus, depart / Arrive at CCA, Unload
6pm / Unload at DV* / Warm-up
6:30pm / Perform
7pm / Clinic
7:30pm / Load trailer, depart
8:00pm
8:30pm / Unload at DV , ‘Dismissed’
Reminders:
– (W.E.) Bring a sack dinner/snack to eat on bus
- Bring water bottle!
- (S.B.) Bring your uniform/dress shoes to school with you!
(Men: Long BLACK socks! (& Tie), Ladies: minimal jewelry)
- You are responsible for your own equipment, all day.
- Please do not leave your music folder on the bus or the trailer.
- Percussion: Please create a list of equipment and mallets/sticks. Coordinate between the other ensembles.
(School will only provide: Timpani, B.D., Vibes, Marimba, Xylo., Bells, and Chimes)
*Large instruments will come back on the trailer, and will be unloaded into the Band Rm. by 8:30pm.
