About the Role
Are you a motivated individual who is looking to take the next step in your career to showcase your talents?

This role requires a natural born leader that can motivate their team to great success. You will have the ability to demonstrate gold standard customer service & quality workmanship. Working within your division & liaising with other divisions across the company, you will be using the latest software systems for scheduling and quoting works.
Work within a skilled team of 15 friendly & professional staff on a range of projects from small to large designed residential properties. Our maintenance team are exposed to a broad range of services that include bothgarden & pool maintenance.
The right candidate will be provided with a fully maintained vehicle, mobile phone & tablet.
Head of Horticulture Responsibilities:
-Be a true leader & teacher within the Garden Maintenance department
-Strong Communication Skills & quality customer service
-Strong sale & quoting experience
-Competent IT & administration skills
-Ability to improve systems of productivity
-Exceptional organizational & business skills
About you:
-Qualified horticulturist with extensive experience
-Exceptional plant, pest & disease knowledge
-Experience in lawn care & irrigation
-Experience in Pool Maintenance is an advantage
-Focused on customer service & quality workmanship with an eye for detail
-Self-motivated & passionate about the industry
-Genuine willingness to learn
-A professional & reliable approach
-Punctual, reliable & honest
-Looking for a long-term career
Advantageous experience:
- Knowledge of safe work practices, with current OH&S white card (First aid cert is desirable)
- Excavator & Skid Steer License&/or general maintenance of equipment
- Truck License (MR)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply for one)
- Chemical Certification
