  • graduate between January and June of 2018,
  • are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents,

  • CTE scholar applicants must be participants in a career and technical education program (i.e., Healthcare, IT, Advanced Manufacturing, STEM, and Transportation).

Branson Shows Inspired Scholarship / 10th -12th grade /
  • Legal residents of the United States between the ages of 16 and 19, who are current students of any accredited educational institution or program of higher learning. High school students and homeschooled students who plan to enroll in college upon graduation are strongly encouraged to apply.

Lexus Eco Challenge / 6–12th grade /
  • Teams of 5–10 students tackle environmental issues related to land and water in the contest's first challenge.
  • The Teacher Advisor (a full-time teacher employed by the school, not a volunteer) selects a team of 5–10 students.
  • Students create a PowerPoint presentation using the Action Plan template to describe how they can help solve their selected environmental issue.

  • Plan to graduate from a U.S. high school in spring 2018
  • Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university beginning in fall 2018
  • Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above
  • SAT combined critical reading and math score of 1200 or above and/or ACT composite score of 26 or above
  • Demonstrate significant unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000.

  • Have a minimum unweighted 3.5 GPA, or
  • Have a minimum ACT composite score of 27, or

  • Must be a 2018 high school graduate, must submit their WSU application materials by October 15, 2017 and submit the scholarship competition application by November 1, 2017.
