*Please be aware that the ARC is allowed up to 60 days from receipt of request to issue a written response. Generally, a written response will be issued within a few weeks. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee that any request can or will be expedited. It is your sole responsibility to plan appropriately.

Homeowners agrees by submitting this request:
§ that they have reviewed the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Perrin Pointe and the Rules and Regulations regarding requested project, and will comply.
§ that they are aware that no work may commence until written approval is received from the Architectural Review Committee.
§ that the approval issued by the ARC is only for what was requested on this application.
§ that it is understood that all projects must be completed within 120 days unless a specific exception is requested from the ARC in writing and granted.
§ that the homeowner maintains sole responsibility for seeking appropriate city permits
§ that homeowner is responsible for damages to adjoining properties and persons resulting from project requested. Any damages or cost of repairs of greenspace or community property as a result is the sole responsibility of the homeowner.
