CONDITIONS
This Equivalency Certificate authorizes Wasaya Airways LP to handle, offer for transport or transport and authorizes any person to handle or transport, on behalf of the certificate holder, by cargo aircraft operated under Part VII of the Canadian Aviation Regulations, dangerous goods that are UN0335, FIREWORKS, Class1.3G, Packing Group II, in a manner that complies with section 12.5 -Forbidden Explosives except subparagraph 12.5(1)(a)(ii) and paragraph 12.5(1)(b) of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, if:
(a) the explosives are packaged according to Packing Instruction 135 of Chapter 3 of Part 4 of the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air;
(b) the Net Explosive Quantity per means of containment is less than or equal to10kg;

CONDITIONS
(c) the shipping document that accompanies the dangerous goods includes the following information legibly and indelibly printed:
“Equivalency Certificate No. SA11369 (Ren. 1)”
Note: The issuance of this Equivalency Certificate in no way reduces the certificate holder's responsibility to comply with any other requirements of the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air, the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code, and the Canadian Aviation Regulations not specifically addressed in this certificate.

Explanatory Note
This Equivalency Certificate allows the certificate holder to carry forbidden explosives, on a cargo aircraft. If the explosives are manufactured outside Canada and imported into Canada they must be imported in accordance with the Explosives Act and its Regulations.
