APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR
2013 RENEWAL APPLICATIONS

Applicants have the option of either completing the application electronically and e-mailing, or downloading and printing the application to submit as a hard copy. In either case, the following steps are required.

  1. Complete the renewal application information in full. This includes supplying your e-mail address.
  2. With the completed application form, provide the following items:
  3. An official copy of your full college transcript, including at least the fall 2012 semester grades. Continued eligibility requires that you have maintained a minimum cumulative academic GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  4. A copy of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.

If you submit the application electronically, please download and save the file using the following convention: “firstname.lastname.doc”

E-mail the document to as an attached file. Any supporting documents that can also be submitted electronically will be acceptable.

The Application and attachments must be postmarked no later May 15, 2013 in order to be considered.
