This application is for approval to provide Balancing Energy Service Bids from bilateral contracts, including entitlements to Capacity Auction Products, pursuant to Section 6.5.2.1 of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas Inc.’s (ERCOT’s) Protocols. This form may be downloaded from ERCOT’s Market Information System (MIS). Information may be inserted electronically to expand the reply spaces as necessary. ERCOT will accept the completed, executed application via email to (.pdf version), via facsimile to (512) 225-7079, or via mail to Market Participant Registration, 7620 Metro Center Drive, Austin, Texas 78744. ERCOT may request additional information as reasonably necessary to support operations under the ERCOT Protocols.

Any revisions made to the Application to Provide BES Bids from Bilateral Contracts shall be approved by ERCOT.
