There will be a short tour of the facilities for those of you who are interested: please pre-book with your U. K. Passport Number and bring your U. K. Passport with you on the day, as it must be shown on arrival.

Views of the Plating Laboratory and the Plating Shop

The technical sessions will concentrate on subjects that support the plating operations and help to ensure minimal legal issues or fines.

There will also be a small exhibition.

A nominal charge of £12 (inclusive of VAT) will be made, payable on the evening, to defray general costs.

From the M3 Northbound

Come off the M3 motorway at Junction 7 onto the A30 to Basingstoke. Take the fourth exit at the third (larger) roundabout (Brighton Hill), following the signs for Harrow Way and Viables Industrial Estate. Take the third (Viables) exit onto Jays Close at the Harrow Way Roundabout, turn left at the T-junction and follow the road round to the right turn at ITT’s main gate (opposite a bright orange building) where there is a 300-plus space car park – turn immediately left under the height barrier into the car park from the Jays Close/ITT junction.

From the M3 Southbound

Leave the M3 motorway at Junction 6, take the A339 (Alton) exit & turn left onto Grove Road by the Holiday Inn garage. Follow the signs map to Viables Industrial Estate Jays Close (left turn at the Golden Lion after another garage).

From the North

Follow the A339 ring road to the Black Dam roundabout and the signs to Viables Industrial Estate, then the directions above to ITT’s car park.
