SECTION - I

SCHEDULE FOR PROCESSING OF PROPOSALS

FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW TECHNICAL INSTITUTIONS

1.The Directorate of Technical Education, Rajasthan, Jodhpur invites proposal for establishment of new technical institutions for the academic year 2007-08 for the following COUSES:

DIPLOMA COURSES:

ENGINEERING

ARCHITECTURE

PARAMEDICAL TECHNOLOGY

HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND CATERING TECHNOLOGY

PHARMACY

APPLIED ARTS & CRAFTS

  1. Applicants (Societies / Trusts) may obtain APPLICATION FORM from Directorate of Technical Education, Rajasthan, Jodhpur on payment of Rs. 5000/- (Non-refundable) for each course through a D.D. in favour of the Director, Technical Education, Rajasthan, Jodhpur payable at Jodhpur.
  2. All registered Trust / Society can submit proposal under following conditions:

i)Applications from the Society/Trusts, which are registered on or before the last date of submission will be considered.

ii)Land in the name of Applicant Society/Trust should be registered on or before last date of submission.

iii)There will be no provision for any Institution to start in a temporary accommodation.

iv)Applicant should fulfill all the requirements of the Directorate of Technical Education, Rajasthan, Jodhpur including infrastructure in the form of building (Approximately 75% of AICTE norms to be completed on or before Expert Committee visit on proposed permanent site.

  1. Four copies of the proposals are required to be submitted to the following:

(i)Director, Directorate of Technical Education, Rajasthan, W-6, Residency Road, Jodhpur in three copies.

(ii)Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan / Concerned University for D. Pharma course in one copy.

1.a) Proposals for each COURSE of institutions as specified in Section I, Item 1, should be submitted on separate APPLICATION FORMS.
