Please note that when you make a booking, you are agreeing to the following:

  1. Summer School place

To reserve your placeat the Summer School please complete and sign the form and return it by email to ith yourNon-refundable Registration Deposit paid.

Your place at the School will only be confirmed after FULL payment has been received.

In cases where an employer will fund your training, the course participant must pay for the course at the time of booking and then seek reimbursement from the employer. We are unable to invoice or collect payment from a third party.

2. Participation

Participants will be expected to take part in interactive experiential work, role plays and exercises led by the School trainers in the course of their presentations to explore dilemmas and challenges in applying the EFT model to clinical practice.

  1. Cancellation policy

All cancellations need to be notified in writing

Date of cancellation prior to School date / Fee retained
2 months and over before event / £50 administration fee
2 months or less but over 30 days / 50% of School fee
30 days or less / 100% of School fee

For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event no refund is possible, partial or full, unless you have found a replacement.

If you cannot attend the course, you may transfer your place to another person if you provide us with the name of that person at least seven days before the training event.

If you withdraw from the course after it has started you will be liable for the full amount even if this is through no fault of your own.

3. Waiting list

If you request a place when the course is already full, you will be placed on the waiting list. If a place becomes available you will be contacted before your booking is confirmed.

4. Course cancellation

We reserve the right to amend, change or cancel workshops or trainers at our own discretion due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delegates will be offered an alternative date ora full refund of the School fee should we need to cancel or postpone the event.

5. Disclaimer

We normally take a decision as to whether we have sufficient numbers to run an event six weeks priorto the event. If you are traveling to London, we suggest that you bear this in mind when making your travel and accommodation arrangements as we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred if we have to cancel an event.

Please take care of your personal safety and your belongings while at our training events. We are not responsible for any accident or personal injury that occurs during our training events or items that are lost or stolen during our courses and workshops.
