I. LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATOR(S)

Attach a letter of support from the international collaborator (maximum one page). The letter shouldnote a commitment to participate in the project and develop a joint research funding application, joint publicationsand similar research outputs.

J. INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP DETAILS

Describe any formal partnershipsbetween the international collaborator’s institution and the University of Melbourne (e.g. Universitas 21 membership, University-level agreements). Information on the University of Melbourne’s partnerships can be found on the International Relations Officeresources website.

Attacha CV (maximum two pages)for all University of Melbourne applicants and international collaborators. The Chief Investigator’s CV will contribute to the assessment ofselection criterion 2.

L. APPLICATION SUBMISSION

  1. Save the completed application as a single PDF file. Name the file SURNAME_FACULTY_DYASON, where SURNAME is the surname of the Chief Investigator. For example, Dr Jane Smith from the Faculty of Arts would name the fileSMITH_ARTS_DYASON.
  2. Submit the application as a single PDF file via Themis submissions for approval by your Head of Department.
