RULES
FOOTAGE:
All performers must submit URL video of the act they plan to perform. Please make sure it is not password protected and will not expire. Please consider easy sharing sites like youtube or vimeo. Do not use members/friends only hosts like Facebook.
NUDITY:
full nudity is NOT permitted.
NO ACT CHANGES:
you have to perform the act we select through the video attached.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
be original!
COMMITMENT:
if you are selected to perform at the festival you have to confirm within 7 days, if you fail to confirm your place will be given to another applicant. If for any reason you cannot commit to your confirmation of attendance to the Festival please let us know asap, if you fail to do so your application will not be considered in the future editions of the Festival.
VIDEO:
a troupe of professional video makers will be present and will shoot the whole event.
The footage will be used for commercial purpose; the performers will receive the video link of the" best off "performance, if you want recive the whole or best off file the cost is € 30 before the dead line or € 40 after the festival .
EXPENSES AND PAYMENT:
we do NOT cover travel expenses
COMPENSATION: 1 act €150 – 2 act € 200
ACCOMODATION:
we offer free accomodation deal to all the performers selected but only if you stay in Rome during all the festival from Friday until Sunday,your guest will recive a deal discount to stay in the same hotel
GUEST LIST:
you are NOT entitled to have any guest, please don't ask. You have free entrance(standing) to all the nights of the festival.
PROMOTION:
contestants allow us to use their names and pictures to promote the Festival. Performer will also help promote the Festival on their websites, Facebook profiles and newsletters for at least three weeks prior to the festival. Thank you!
PHOTO/VIDEO:
I agree that my performance at the Caput Mundi International Burlesque Award will be video taped and photographed by your photographers and videographers and my image may be posted on your site and for future promotions of the Caput Mundi International Burlesque Award.
EXCLUSIVITY:
you cant perform in Roma 15 days before and after the festival
