Issaquah, WA 98027 or to . You must be a current member of PNWA, speaker, or panel member.
All book sales will be arranged through the PNWA & University Book Store, Bellevue.
University Book Store, Bellevue, will donate 10 % of Conference Book Store sales to PNWA. Donations go to scholarship and literacy programs. You will receive an email from University Book Store by June 1st, confirming receipt of your application. If you have not heard by June 1st, please contact PNWA.

Consignment Sales
If your books are unavailable to University Book Store, Bellevue, through regular channels,
you may provide copies for sale on consignment.
· Complete the attached one-page document, Consignment Sales – University Book Store/PNWA. Please include an electronic signature.
· Any unsold consignment books that have not been picked up by noon on Sunday, July 20th, will be donated to a literary foundation.
· Books will not be accepted at the conference bookstore during the conference itself.
· In the event you will not be attending the conference, please ship your books to University Book Store, 990 102nd Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004 – Attn: PNWA Conference, with delivery confirmation, ensuring accountability. You must also make return shipping arrangements for any unsold books.

Please ship any “consignment” books you are planning to have sold at the PNWA Conference to the address below by Monday, June 30, 2014. If you are a local author, you can drop the books at the store. In the event you will not be attending the conference, you must make return shipping arrangements for any unsold books. (Please do not bring your books with you to the conference, as we need to process them in advance.)

University Book Store, Bellevue will receive 40% of consignment book sales. All consignment books should be returnable at the end of the conference and will go “home” with the author. Please keep an exact count (as will we) of how many books you send to the bookstore and how many books you take home from the conference.
