Fees and registration policy for the academic year 2015/2016

1- Fees vary by academic grades.

2- the academic year financially has been split into only two semesters as follows:

o  The first semester from: 01/09/2015 to 31/01/2016

o  The second semester from: 01/02/2016 to 30/06/2016

3- Note: the following fees does not include the fees of transportation, books, and uniform.

4- students will not be considered registered until the completion of all procedures with the accounting department, and submit the required payments as follows:

- 30 % of the total fees as down payment to be paid by cash or CDC cheque for new students, and 10% for current students are due at the time of registration.

- submit an additional cheque to accounting Department dated 24/08/2015 against the fees of books, Uniform, and 50% of transportation at the time of registration.

- submit maximum (3) PDC cheques to accounting department against the total amount outstanding at the time of registration.

- will not accept more than 3 PDC cheques against the registration of all students for same parent.

- the beneficiary of all cheques to be written as (Al Arqam Private School)

5- in case of employer or organization or any other agency is responsible for the payment of school fees on behalf of the parent; the parent has to follow all the mentioned above method of payments, and upon receipt of payment from these organizations, the accounting department will refund the same amounts received earlier to the parent.

6- in case the parent requesting for a letter of school fees for his children to be submitted to the employer or any other organization, this letter will be issued with the value of the school fees and registered services only which effective without adding any other services which the student are not register in it.

7- parents are requested to pay all school fees on time, and the school will not accept any delay in this respect.

8- (150 dirhams) will be added as administration fees for each returned cheque for any reason.

9- in case of any modification of cheque details, a written requested has to be submitted to Accounting Department at least one week prior to the cheque date, and will not accept any oral requests in this regard.

10- for students enrolled in the school from previous year, the parent should be schedule the fees due from previous years (if any) in coordination with accounts department to avoid any delay of deliver books and uniform.

11- academic achievement certificate, and School reports will not be delivered to students in case of late payment of the agreed installments.

12- in case the school administration terminate the registration of a student during the academic year due to any action incompatible with the policy of the school, the installment of the same financial semester will not be refunded.

13- in case the parent willing to cancel the registration after the completion of the registration procedures for the academic year 2015/2016, and before the start of the 1st

semester, a written request has to be submitted and the school will deduct the 1st payment which is 30% for new students and 10% for current students as non refund registration fees except in case the student’s family will move to live out of Dubai before starting of the academic year and The school reserves all rights to request a proof documents confirm that.

14- in case the parent wants to cancel the registration after the start of the academic year 2015/2016 will be dealt with as follows:

- if student accomplished a two weeks or less than after the beginning of the academic year, the school will be deduct one month from the total School Fees.

- if student accomplished a period between two weeks and one month, the school will deduct two month from the total school fees.

- if student accomplished more than a month, the school will deduct three month from the total school fees.

- in addition to the three previous case, the school will deduct amount of 1,000 (one thousand dirham’s) as non refund fees.

- the student who enrolled in the second semester will be treating for this item based on the same methods described above

Note : Academic achievement certificate, and School reports will not be delivered to students unless the payment is fulfilled as previously.

ü  students will not be enrolled for transportation service unless the transportation fees paid before the start of the 1st , 2nd financial semesters.
