Guidelines for application for extra travel funding
In exceptional cases, travel funds beyond the ordinary travel grant may be granted from the graduate school for full or partial coverage of expenses for travels and tuition fees for stays of an educational and research nature as a necessary part of the PhD programme.
Applications for funds from the graduate school may not be made until the ordinary travel grant has been used up. The ordinary travel grant is managed by the department and corresponds to a three-year period of enrolment (see the amount in the guidelines).
