1)The date for inspection of the Secured Assets is fixed on 20 & 21st Aug, 2012 from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
2)Separate offers may be given for each secured asset making mention on the envelope the description of the secured asset and Lot No. for which offer is given.
3)The Bank draft/Pay Order of the non-interest bearing EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) drawn in favour of ASREC (India) Ltd. payable at New Delhi should accompany with tender form. The amount of EMD paid by successful bidder shall be adjusted towards the sale price.
4)Offers without EMD will not be accepted. Tender Form shall be available upon payment of Rs. 1,000/- per tender form (non-refundable) and other terms and conditions along with relevant particulars are available on our website, i.e., or from ASREC (India) Ltd., at above address . 5)The offers will be opened by the undersigned at our above address onAugust 30, 2012 at 11.00 A.M.
6)Inter-se bidding will also take place at the same time when the parties who have submitted their offers may remain present and revise their offer upwards. On sale of the secured assets the successful purchaser shall immediately deposit 25% of the sale price and balance 75% within 15 days failing which the Authorised Officer shall forfeit all amount already paid/ deposited by the purchaser, without giving any further notice in writing for such forfeiture. In case of default in making payment, the secured assets shall be re-sold and the defaulting purchaser shall not have any claim, whatever against ASREC.
7)All dues including any charges, taxes etc. payable, statutory or otherwise on the secured assets shall be borne by the purchaser.
8)The particulars given by the Authorised officer are stated to the best of his knowledge and records. He will not be responsible for any error, mis-statement or omission.
9)On payment of entire sale price and on completion of sale formalities, the Authorized Officer will issue Certificate of Sale, as per format given in SARFAESI Rules, in favour of the successful Bidder/Purchaser. However, the Authorized Officer has the absolute right to accept or reject any tender/bid or adjourn/ postpone the sale without assigning any reason thereof.
10)Transfer fees, unpaid, electricity charges, Municipal taxes, Sales tax, Stamp duty, registration charges etc. shall have to be borne by the purchaser separately.
11)All payments shall be made by Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque drawn in favour of “ASREC (India) Ltd.” payable at New Delhi.
12)Proof of identification (KYC) viz. copy of Voter ID Card/PAN Card/Driving License etc. should be attached by all the bidders along with the letter of offer/bid. Authorised Representative of Companies participating in the auction should attach Board Resolution in their favour.
13)Purchaser(s) of Lot No. 2&3 shall remove the purchased assets at its own cost from the site within thirty (30) days from the date of full payment /issuance of Sale Certificate, .
14)In the event of receiving bids/offers for Lot No.1 in exclusion of Lot No. 2&3 , the Sale of Lot No. 1 may be cancelled/deferred at the sole discretion of the Authorised officer.
