No application will be considered complete without the following:

1. (a)Synopsis of research proposal: to be written by the applicant and on no more than five A4-sized pages of single-spaced text set out under the following headings: 1) title; 2)purpose, including the immediate and longer-term aims; 3) background relating the proposed research to the present body of knowledge; 4) plan, including details of the experiments to be carried out; 5) references – all references should be given in full.

(b)Description of how the FEBS grant will be spent stating the reasons for the expenditure.

(c)Publications: Electronic copies of each article published or submitted for publication (reprints, accepted preprints or manuscripts, including for the latter copies of an acceptance letter from a journal) relating to the work performed during tenure of the FEBS Long-Term Fellowship.

2.Certificate of membership of a FEBS constituent society stating the date of your affiliation.
