As the President/Advisor of my RSO, we will adhere to the following rules and strive to meet all of the fiscal expectations.

Rules:

  1. Have a ratified constitution that meets all RSO requirements on file with Student Activities and Involvement.
  2. Abide by campus policy, code of student conduct, city, state, and national laws.
  3. Be responsible for all activities and/or damages resulting from its events. A RSO must exercise reasonable precaution (and abide by RSO RISK Management procedures) to ensure that its events, and agents acting on its behalf, do not harm people or cause damage to the property of students,university employees, other organizations, or Illinois State.
  4. Will not chalk vertical surfaces or campus art work (artwork includes, but not limited to, "In Exchange" and the "College of Business courtyard"). Will not use liquid chalk (or sidewalk paint) and will not chalk any horizontal surface that is not exposed to the rain.
  5. Post flyers on designated bulletin boards only. Will not tape flyers to sidewalk, trees, walls, artwork, etc.
  6. Contact Dr. John Davenport at 438-2008 with any questions or concerns.

Fiscal Expectations:

  1. Allowable expenses per University policies will be paid/reimbursed.
  2. No funds will be used for alcohol.
  3. All invoices and receipts will be processed through the Stevenson Center.
  4. Personal credit cards will be used as needed.
  5. No reimbursement can be given without a receipt.
  6. If using personal credit, keep track of attendees.
  7. Complete and submit a Program Reflection packet.
