Directions

This application form and the necessary certificates together with the recommendations of the head/council of the Departmental School of PhD Studies must be submitted by the applicant to the PhD Administrative Office. Incomplete applications and/or applications without the necessary certificates will not be considered by the Doctoral Council. The applications are endorsed or rejected by an ad hoc board appointed by the head of the Doctoral Council of the University. The decisions are published on the web site of the School of PhD Studies. The applicants are also informed by means of the information board of the PhD Administrative Office. Appeals can be submitted within 8 days to the head of the Doctoral Council who will deliver a final decision within a further 8 days. The appeals are considered by both the head of the Doctoral Council of the University and the PhD Student’s Union.
