Training and education / A degree in veterinary science that is recognised by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
Have completed an approved residency programme and hold an ECEIM or ACVIM Diploma. / A

Knowledge and Experience / Experience in teaching under- and postgraduate students.
Understanding of clinical and/or basic science and publications in peer-reviewed journals of international standing.
Experience in advancing clinical activities and working in a complex clinical environment. / A

A / Experience of working within a Higher Education environment and a teaching referral hospital.
Experience in one or more of RVC Equine’s current areas of clinical expertise in equine medicine including neurology, ophthalmology, critical care and gastroenterology.
Experience of delivery of peripatetic specialist equine medical services. / I
