______(pre-approval required)
Are there others whom you should/could consult? Think about school administration, teachers, community members, businesses, etc. They may have influence/expertise that will make your project progress more easily.
WHAT: State the precise nature of your proposal. Your project needs a title.
WHEN: Begin to plot out the stages of your project on the attached calendars.
WHERE: State the location of your project. Is there any transit time?
WHY: What is the significance of your project? How many people, if any, will be affected/influenced by what you accomplish? What lasting effect will your project potentially have?
HoW: You need to discuss funding, time constraints, and other logistical matters.
Other items to consider:
Is the depth and breadth of the project great enough to be academically rigorous? Is the project of sufficient scope for all of the group members to make meaningful contributions?
How will you divide up the work? Do you have job titles? (You should.)
Have you created a timeline? Who will make sure that you’re keeping to your schedule?
