Sub : Annual Progress Report for Khadi and Polyvastra for the year 2007-08

Sir,

As you are aware that the financial year 2007-08 has already come to end and like every year, we have to start the exercise of the preparation of the Annual Report of Khadi and Polyvastra, with minutest details, so as to avoid any ambiguity or confusion.

The Proforma for reporting of the Annual Report for Khadi and Polyvastra for the year 2007-08 is being enclosed herewith, which you have to separately fill up for (i) the directly aided institutions in your State/Division, in a consolidated form (ii) the State Khadi and V.I. Board's performance and (iii) complete performance of the state including the State Board's performance, which has to be attended by the State Office, after scrutinizing the data furnished by the State Board.

Annual performance data of Khadi in the enclosed 'Annual Report Proforma' is to be furnished to the Directorate of Khadi Coordination, with intimation to the Directorate of Ec.R., latest by 15th June 2008. In the past, it was observed that considerable delay occurred in obtaining annual data from some institutions and the State Khadi and V.I. Board. Therefore, action may please be taken well in advance, so that no such delay occurs in this year.

This letter along with prescribed formats is being sent by e-mail as well as placed on KVIC’s website. Please download the same and enter the data in the given format and send by e-mail as well as hard copy to this Directorate by 15th June 2008.
