NOMINATIONS

The following nomination form must be accompanied by a supporting statement, which provides details of particular achievements to support the nomination (500-750 words).

The supporting statement must provide sufficient information to demonstrate to the selection committee the qualities and/or significant achievement of the planning enforcement officer leading to their nomination of the award and must address the individual award criteria.

Additional attachments can be submitted but should support the information provided in the candidate's supporting statement, e.g. Curriculum Vitae, reports, certificates, photographs and testimonials.

All nominations and accompanying materials become the property of PEOA.

AWARD CATEGORIES

Please note, a nominee may not be entered in more than one category.

Award Category / Award Criteria
Rising Star Planning Enforcement Officer /

Nominations will be accepted for planning enforcement officers with no more than two years industry experience
Demonstrates a strong potential for career advancement and leadership in the planning enforcement profession
Has performed his or her duties in a manner greatly in excess of that normally expected for an officer of his or her experience
Nomination to be by the employer or manager of the candidate's organisation.

Planning Enforcement Officer of the Year /

Nominations will be accepted for planning enforcement officerswith more than two years industry experience
Evidence of leadership in planning enforcement by an individualplanning enforcement officer
Demonstrated capacity to enhance the planning enforcement profession
Evidence of innovation and originality in planning enforcement practice
Nomination by any paid up member of PEOA.
