During 2002-2003, I oversaw the implementation of the new ILLiad Interlibrary Loan management system.

From 2001 to present, I have provided individualized tutorials for CWU’s McNair Scholars.

From 2002 to present, I have provided training in library resources for CWU’s Cornerstone Program instructors.
