5  Updated curriculum vitae (CV)

5  Research Plan (max 3 pages) – A short description of the topic you would like to carry out research on during the fellowship. Please use the attached Guidelines for Research Plan.

IMPORTANT: If you do not use the format presented in the Guidelines for Research Plan, your application will not be considered.

5  Motivation letter (1 page) – A personal statement addressing the following:

• your commitment to human rights,

• why you would like to participate in the fellowship programme,

• how you will use the knowledge gained through this initiative, and

• the potential impact of the fellowship o your institution/nation/region upon returning home

5  Letter of support – a letter signed by your head of department/superior, confirming your affiliation with a university and that you have the permission to participate the full three months of the fellowship in Lund, Sweden.

5  Completed questionnaire – Please answer the questions in the questionnaire below

5  Knowledge of English – Please provide documentation on your level of English (for instance TOEFL test, course certificate, educational records, or similar document. If you cannot produce such a document, please provide a document that describes your level of English which is signed by your head of department or direct supervisor/superior)
