Sleeping Arrangements
The participants will be sleeping in various areas of the ship. Each group is assigned beds in berthing compartments. You will share the berthing compartments with other troops, so please respect the privacy of other participants. The ship is not heated, so please bring extra blankets for cold weather. Sleeping compartments are equipped with canvas-covered racks and/or foam mattresses.
Per Safety Wise, facilities for men will be separate from women. Groups will be split by gender and shown to their sleeping quarters at the start of the event. Please meet your group on the Hanger Deck after you have stored your items.
Crew Assignments - (please read!)
All troops are randomly assigned onboard duties. These duties include meal set-up and meal clean up. This information will not be distributed in advance to help reduce the request for change.
Adult Assignments - (please read!)
Adults may be asked to assist in the night watch. 2-hour night watch shifts may be assigned to individuals based on berthing areas. Assume that if you have more than two adults attending, one may be asked to work a night watch shift. This overnight is a team effort and we appreciate your support in creating a safe environment for everyone.
