The above amounts/categories must not be broken down further.

A price shall be indicated for each category and must not amount to zero. Failure to provide prices in each category may constitute a formal error and result in invalidation of the offer.

Prices must be quoted in EURO and include all expenses necessary (i.e. travel, accommodation, subsistence, materials, supplies etc.) to perform the contract. No further reimbursements shall be made whatsoever.

The price quoted is fixed and shall be subject to NO revision.

ANNEX II.b– OPTIONAL

In addition to the (2.2.10.1) Architect/interior designer, (2.2.10.2) Structural engineer and (2.2.10.5) Sanitary, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer/Designer (TGA) in case the contractor can also provide further specialists at this stage (see also section 2.2.10/2.2.21) information would be welcomed (but by no means required) to this respect.

Therefore in line with any specialists presented in Annex X.i (Overview of Sub-contractors/Specialists – Statement of Compliance) the (max) price per hour for each available specialist should be provided in EUR (without VAT)

Note:

  • This list is not exhaustive and in the case of needs for any additional specialists the Agency may ask the contractor to provide an offer for such services (if available).
  • For the avoidance of doubt, prices provided in the above list shall be binding on the contractor (who would decide to provide such a list) but shall be for information purposes only on the part of the Agency and, therefore, shall entail no obligation whatsoever on the Agency to buy such services from the contractor.
