Introduction
This document sets out the technical specifications and requirements for Lot 1, whose acceptance by the tenderer is mandatory. It details the technical specifications of the required products and services to be provided, where possible the required service levels and the related procedures.
1. Estimated Volume
Currently approximately 400 persons are working in different capacities for Eurojust. Depending on different future scenarios for Eurojust and the possibility of the creation of an additional operational office, this number may grow to 500 or 850 persons. Moreover, in 2016 Eurojust will move to its new premises in the World Forum area of The Hague.
Eurojust procures new computer systems when the organization grows and aligns the replacement of desktops and laptops with the financial and physical lifecycle of the equipment which leads to the following estimated volumes:

Eurojust procures computer systems services such as technical assistance and other professional services in the framework of technical projects such as e.g. the specification and design of new desktop management system and use of products. Based on historical data the following estimates are foreseen:

It has to be noted that the figures mentioned above are provided here for indicative purposes. The actual needs for supplies and services evolving over time might be different.
2. Product Specifications and Technical Requirements
2.1. Products
Eurojust has a continuous need to purchase single-user computer system devices: desktops, laptops and associated accessories in line with the continuous developments in Information and Communication Technologies. For the evaluation prices shall be proposed for the each specified product or service which will be multiplied by the estimated volume. Additionally discount percentages must be offered for product and services categories which will apply throughout the contract implementation.
2.2. Computer systems configurations
The tenderer is expected to provide specific computer configurations that are fit for different purposes such as use by normal office staff, use by IT staff, use by mobile staff, etc. In the future new ways of working may be needed which may require an update of the list below.

The configurations as offered in this tender shall remain the same unless an upgrade or replacement is requested by Eurojust
· The tenderer must be able to provide the above listed personal computer configurations and shall offer one specific model for each configuration meeting the technical requirements described in the tables below.
· The tenderer must be able to provide the above listed laptop computer configurations and shall offer one specific model for each configuration meeting the technical requirements described in the tables below.
· The tenderer should be able to provide additional configurations for different purposes which are within scope of the contract.
· The tenderer must be able to provide Flat Panel displays which can be used with the above mentioned Configurations and shall propose at least two models meeting the technical requirements described in the table below and must be able to provide other models for different purposes.
· The tenderer must be able to provide USB Keyboards in all the listed language layouts
