Business Policies

Services

  1. Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 24-hour notice is requested for all services, whenever possible. We do however realize that emergencies come up from time to time and we will always do our very best to accommodate any emergency you have.
  2. Our regular service area includes: Louisville, Jefferson County, New Albany, Clarksville, Jeffersonville, Oldham County zip codes 40014, 40026 & 40059. Requests for service outside of our normal service area will be agreed to at our discretion and may incur an extra mileage fee at .50 cents per mile.
  3. Service requests can be made via phone or email. Our phone number is 502-231-7777 and our email address is an immediate response please call the above number.

Fees

  1. An initial 60-minute client consultation is free. Any time beyond 60 minutes will be charged at the hourly rate of $25 and then billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.
  2. There is a 1-hour minimum for all services requested. Our time starts from the time we leave our office and continues until the errand is completed.
  3. Should our errand take us outside of our service area, our time will not stop until we are back at our office.
  4. Blocks of hours are non-refundable. Any unused time can be carried over for a full twelve months from the date of purchase. Any unused time at the end of the twelve months, from the purchase date, will expire.
  5. Additional mileage charges will apply to any job outside of a 20-mile radius, unless otherwise stated. Our mileage fee outside of a 20-mile radius is billed at $.50 cents per mile.
  6. Late fees, at 2% interest, will begin to accrue 7 days after service has been completed.
  7. A fee of $25 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
  8. If On The Go Personal Assistants, LLCcannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, due to the fault of the client, the client will be charged a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Payment

  1. All agreed upon fees owed to On The Go Personal Assistants, LLC are to be paid at time of services rendered, unless other arrangements are agreed to.
  2. Client is responsible for all costs related to requests and payment is due before service will take place. These costs include items like, but not limited to, dry cleaning, automobile repair, catering, and personal shopping items. A credit card will be used to run an authorization for approximate costs involved or cash will be collected prior to the purchase of such items.
  3. Errand service cash accounts can be set up so that On The Go Personal Assistants, LLC will have money on hand to pay for any purchases made on your behalf.
  4. The following payment methods are currently accepted: checks, cash, or the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card, or Visa through PayPal.

Surcharges

  1. The following surcharges will occur: $15 per each additional hour for all requests made before 9:00 a.m. and/or after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All requests occurring on a Saturday and/or Sunday will also incur a $15 hourly surcharge. A $25 hourly surcharge will occur for all services occurring on a holiday, specified by On The Go Personal Assistants, LLC All surcharges are in addition to regular charges.

Cancellation

  1. On The Go Personal Assistants, LLCrequires 24-hour advance notice for a cancellation of service. Failure to provide this requirement will result in a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Confidentiality

  1. On The Go Personal Assistants, LLCwill not at any time sell or exchange our client information to outside sources.
  2. Vendors will be provided with only the information required to complete a specific task.
  3. Discretion will be strictly adhered to by On The Go Personal Assistants, LLC and all its employees and/or subcontractors.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. On The Go Personal Assistants, LLCoffers its clients a satisfaction guarantee on all services rendered.
  2. Request for refund must be made within 3 days service was rendered and include the date of service as well as the service performed.
  3. If you are not satisfied with any of your services, On The Go Personal Assistants, LLCwill refund your service fee.
