Monday 7th from 17:00 to 20:00 PRESENTATION BEGINING OF STAGE (SPORTS CENTRE)
From 8th to 11th (from 10:30 to 13:30 & from 17:00 to 20:00): KENDO COURSES
Saturday 12th from 10:30 to 13:30, REFEREING, KENDO EXAMINATIONS UP TO 5 DAN
Saturday 12th from 17:00 to 18:00, MARTIAL ARTS DEMONSTRATION
Saturday 12th from 18:00 to 21:00, OPEN KENDO COMPETITION “OKADA CUP”
Saturday 12th from 22:00 to 24:00, “SAYONARA PARTY” IN THE HOTEL
*Wednesday 9th afternoon is free for relax, wellness, shopping, etc.

SEMINAR TarifFs (INCLUDING COMPETITION FEE):
· ADULT individual tariff (more of 20 years): 160 €
· STUDENT individual tariff (from 14 to 20 years): 130 €
· CHILDREN individual tariff (less of 14 years): 100 €
· ADULT group tariff (more of 6 persons special discount): 140 €
· STUDENT group tariff: 110 €
· CHILDREN group tariff: 80 €
· Dojo Teachers (5 Dan or with more level) with students: 100 €
· Kendo examinations up to 5 DAN (with written authorization from the country federation of candidate): official tariffs EKF&IKF.
InformaTION & InscripTions:
Every club who would like to have a tariff of group should have a responsible who takes charge of the following steps:
· To obtain the money of the stage & the hotel from all the members of his group.
· To communicate the hotel reservation for every member of his group, indicating arrival & departure days to the hotel and room type (triple, double, or individual).
· To pay the pre-inscription (50 € for person) to the bank account IBAN: ES0421000639010100361469, before the 30-06-2006. After this date we don’t can assure the reservation of places at stage & hotel !!!
· To pay the rest of the money (stage & hotel) to the organisation during the first day of the stage.
Individuals that aren’t members of any group should follow the same steps.
