Dear historian,
Life for women in Ancient Greece was very different depending on where you lived. Women in Athens had very little rights and the high expectations on how they were meant to behave. Spartan women had a life that was better than Athenian women. They had a lot more freedom to be strong and independent and lead a fulfilling life with more choices about education and freedom to make decisions about their life.
