Registration fee: entry in the catalogue (90 words) in Russian and in English; copy of the Exhibitor’s Catalogue; badges according to the application form; vehicle entry pass to VDNKh territory during mounting and dismantling periods; an invitation to RAAPA Gala Dinner (for 1 person); invitation flyers to the exhibition, informational materials.

The registration fee is 375 euro.

Extra payment is charged for an ADDITIONAL invitation ticket to RAAPA Gala Dinner (for 1 person), the cost is 110 euro.

Extra payment is charged for:

−Corner booth location- 10% added to the baseline cost

−Selection of booth location- 15% added to the baseline cost

Minimal booth size:

- Central location - 15 m2

- Perimeter location - 6 m2

Exhibitors booking more than 20 sq.m exhibition space are provided with a 10% discount

  1. Booth description

The exhibition space (shell-scheme booth, as well as space only) is provided according to the submitted application form(Form №1)sent by the Exhibitor:

2.1 Shell scheme booth (from 6 sq.m.):

The booth is constructed of light aluminum parts and plastic laminated panels. Each wall panel is sized H250 x W100 cm (including top and bottom planks) and the face dimensionis about H235xW95 cm.

Additional equipment and services can be ordered(Form №2.1).Price list for the additional equipment and services is provided on page 22of the given Manual.

Door keys and/or lockers for the filing cabinets and showcases can be picked up at the desk of the exhibition contractor – “PO MONTAZHNIK”, Ltd, near the Organizer’s office (RAAPA booth), or at the Registration Desk in Pavilion 75.

2.2 Space only (marked only exhibition space is provided inside of the exhibitionhall)

Is offered for equipment display, or for individual mounting of a booth.

The exhibitor ordering an individual mountingshould conform the booth layout with the official exhibition contractor – “PO MONTAZHNIK”, Ltd,not later than 3 weeks before the mounting starts, and providea complete technical documentation for holding of themandatory technical examination of the booth layout(the examination is provided at a charge; submitting the layout after the deadline is extra charged).

2.2 Rules of standard booth operation

Mounting of exhibits and its operation should be conducted in compliance with the “Regulations of organizing and holding the exhibitions, congresses and other events” issued by SUE MTsVDNT( Moscow Center of Implementation of Achievements of Science and Technology) “MOSCOW”.

For reference: the main requirements referred to in the Regulations are shown below in italics.

5. Requirements of safety regulations during mounting and dismantling works.
5.1. Assets and equipment transported by hydraulic and wheeled carts shall mandatorily be fixed on these mobile facilities. Transportation should be carried out by minimum two people.
5.2. Hauling of the loads inside the pavilion ( SUE MTsVDNT “Moscow”) shall be carried out with a special care to the floor coating.
5.3. Metal structures shall be placed on the floor of the pavilion over wooden bars only.
5.4. Work at height (over1,3 m. above the floor or ground level) shall be carried out by accredited personnel with qualification certificates only. The Contractor’s personnel having no qualification certificates shall not be authorized to work at height.
5.5. Work at height on a step ladder may be carried out only at the presence of the second monitoring person.
5.6. It’s strictly forbidden to carry out mounting work and work at height using for support auxiliary supports and untested equipment(step ladders, access towers, scaffolds with expired test dates, chairs etc.)
5.7. When working with electric instruments the use of protective means (dielectric gloves, goggles or shields, wiring gloves etс) shall be mandatory. Electric instruments shall be tested (the protocol of compliance and tests shall be provided by the representative of the Contractor).
5.8. When working with dry constructional mixes the respirators shall be put on.
5.9. It’s strictly prohibited to stay closer than 5 m to the mounting area during mounting, dismantling of suspensions.
5.10. Access towers, scaffolds, working decks and platforms shall be industrially manufactured or produced according to adequate designs and technical drawings and shall be supplied with technical data sheets and operating manuals. It’s strictly prohibited to do work at height with use of improvised uncertified means and without barrier fences around the working sites.
5.11. Work platforms, decks of access towers and scaffolds shall be equipped along the perimeter with barrier fences of 1.1.m. height. Missing of proper barrier fences and use of improvised supporting aids for conducting work at height is strictly prohibited.
7. The order of connecting booths to the electric networks of the pavilion.
7.1. Connection of the booths to the electric network of the pavilion shall be performed on mounting days from 9:00 to 18:00, unless other is stipulated in the contract.
7.2. The Contractor’s personnel for electric technical operations shall be accredited for such work and shall possess certificates on electric safety graded not lower than the third group, during mounting and dismantling the personnel shall be carrying the valid certificate with.
7.3. Electric works within the limits of the booth to the connection point + - 0.00, protection of the power supply cable of the switch board from mechanical damage with conduit shall be performed by the Contractor.
7.4. The connection to the electric network of the pavilion beyond the limits of the booth shall be performed by the specialists of the pavilion. It’s strictly forbidden to open the hatches of technological channels and connect to (disconnect from) the electric network of the pavilion.
7.5. Upon completing of electric mounting work at the booth the electric connection to the power supply source shall be performed only after having measured the resistance level of the insulation of the connected electric circuit, and after signing of the Act of differentiating assets and responsibility in operation of electric devices with the voltage of up to 1000 W between the pavilion and participant of the event.
7.6. Connection of electric devices of participants of the event to the source of electric power shall be performed with the use of a five-wire electric cable, of an appropriate cable section size of appropriate voltage, , and of incoming switch corresponding to the declared consumed power of the booth, the switch board shall have free access. Standard booths shall be supplied with electric cables by the Contractor mounting standard booths. Independent Contractors shall be supplied with the cable by the participant of the event. The length of the cable shall be not shorter than 30 (Thirty) running meters.
7.7. The Contractor shall cover electric cable with special conduits in open areas and aisles where people walk.
7.8. All metal booth structures shall be grounded (neutral earthing) in accordance with the requirements of the EIC. According to the EIC, the booth shall be equipped with the power panels with circuit breakers on each outgoing line and RSD(RSD - residual current protective device), the electric ratings of which shall be stipulated in the electric scheme when calculating capacity.
7.9. Lighting network, outlet group, technological equipment, as well as 24 hours energized electric equipment (fax machines, refrigerators, alarm systems, etc.) must be connected via a separate automatic tripping circuit breaker.
7.10. Lighting for halls and booths should be used with explosion-proof or higher reliability against explosion lights corresponding to Fire Hazard Class B2.
7.11. Removing voltage of the input device at the end of the event shall be executed by pavilion specialist at the request of the representative of the Contractor responsible for dismantling works.
7.12. Contractors of participants of the event shall not be permitted without conforming with the representative of the pavilion to connect to the input device additional voltage not specified in electric scheme.
8. Order of connecting the booth to water supply system and compressed air line.
8.1. Connection of the booth to the water supply system and compressed air line on the pavilion’s territory (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”) is performed by the specialists of the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”) in accordance with the application filed in as a set of documents to the General Contractor.
8.2. The contractor shall present 14 (Fourteen )days prior the beginning of the event the supplementary plan of the booth with the location of connection points to water supply system and compressed air line.
8.3. Unauthorized connection to the water supply and sewer on the pavilion’s territory (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”) is strictly prohibited.
8.4. After connecting to water supply system and compressed air line functioning of the systems shall be tested in presence of the Contractor’s representative.
8.5. Plumbing equipment installed at the booth shall be equipped with the isolation valves. Plumbing equipment with malfunctions’ of the isolation valves shall not be connected to water supply and sewer system
8.6. Connection to installed hose shall be performed by the Contractor (exhibitor) on his own with the use of own components and materials.
8.7. Water supply (compressed air) connection to the booth, crimping of mounted line shall be performed by specialists of the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”) in presence of the Contractor not later than 17 hours prior to the beginning of the event. The connection in less than 17 hours prior to the beginning of the event shall be performed after being conformed with the specialists of the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”).
8.8. In the case of water leaks (air leakage) caused by the Contractor’s defective connecting of the equipment or by the equipment failure, the Contractor shall indemnify the losses to the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”), including loses caused by damaged materials of conterminous booths, soaked electric cables, consequent blackout of adjacent
booths, reduced air pressure in the compressed air line caused by air leakage, poor quality mounting made by the Contractor.
8.9. Water (compressed air) supply to the booth is turned on from 9:00 to 10:00 on each day, To provide functioning of separate technological processes (to bring the operation of exhibits to required level, such as filling in the water reservoirs, containers and others) the water (compressed air) supply system may be turned on at an earlier time, if it’s noted in the application and conformed with the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”). Disabling the water (compressed air) supply at the end of the event shall be performed by the specialists of the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”) in accordance with the application of the Contractor.
8.10. On the last working day of the event the water (compressed air) supply to all booths shall be disabled right after closing the event and after sounding it in the announcement over the public address system.
8.11. During the event specialists of the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”) together with the representative of the General Contractor perform constant monitoring over the state and adequate operation of the sanitary and gas equipment of the exhibitor. In case of emergency the plumber on duty shall disable the network from the central water supply system (compressed air line) and shall take all possible measures to eliminate the emergency situation.
8.12. At disabling the water (compressed air) supply system on the territory of the pavilion (SUE MTsVDNT “MOSCOW”)due to reasons beyond the pavilion’s control (accident in city water supply system, or other unforeseen reasons) the engineer on duty shall report the Contractor and disconnect the exposition from the central network until the water (compressed air) supply has been restored.

ByFebruary 02,2015- exhibitors should provide information for the Exhibitor Catalogue.

ByFebruary06,2015-final conformation with the exhibitors of the booth layout and decoration, as well as necessary equipment and services.

ByFebruary 13,2015-exhibitors should provide the list of representatives for badges.

1.1 Main characteristics:

1.2Power Supply:

Power supply of the booths is provided overthe time of the exhibitionholding.Over the mounting and dismantling periods, the exhibitors (or their contractors) should use instruments running on a battery or rent on their own the extension cord for temporary connection. In this case, it is necessary to provide the protection of the extension cord from mechanical damage.

attention!While ordering the electrical connections for the industrial equipment and exhibits, consider the magnitude of inrush current.

While connecting computers and other devices sensitive to power offs and voltage drops in the network, we strongly recommend you to use the uninterruptible power supply units (UPS).

For space only booths:(see p.2.2)

Power consumption and connectionare not included into the cost of the exhibition space, and should be ordered according to the Form №2.1 .Please make sure that you have ordered the power supply of required capacity.

For shell scheme booths:

Supply and consumption of electricity power up to 0,7 kW are includedinto the cost of the shell scheme booth.Provision of the electricity source of a greater capacity is paid additionally(Price list).Please make sure that you have ordered the power supply of required capacity.

Additional electric sockets and lights are not included into the cost of the power supply, to order them fill in the Form №2.1.

1.3Water supply and:

Water supply connection is provided via hoses with ½˝ diameter (15 mm), diversion of water – via sewer hoses with 40-50 mm diameter. The hoses of a different diameter and/or adaptersshould be provided by the exhibitor.

ATTENTION!Connection of the equipment to the hoses atyour boothin made byspecialists of your companyor by your booth contractor, except for washers at the standard fitted booths reserved via the Organizer - in this case, they are connected by the exhibition contractor.

1.4 Compressed Air:Maximal permissible pressure – 6 bar (6-8 kgf/cm²). The order is made according to theForm №2.1.
