POOL RULES

SWIMMING POOL HOURS: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Closed Monday for Maintenance)

LIFEGUARD: There is no lifeguard on duty, SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK !.

SUPERVISION: Children that are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult anytime they are in or around the pool area. Supervision must be within the pool area.

POOL USE: Use of the pool is reserved for the registered residents and accompanied guests only. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests. You may not enter the pool if you have an open sore, skin disease, inflamed eye, nausea, or communicable disease.

PARTIES: The pool will not be closed for exclusive parties. The pool will remain open for all to use. The BBQ area may be reserved for exclusive use only and you should contact the office for reservations so your event does not conflict with that of others.

SWIMMING ATTIRE: Approved swim wear only. Do not wear jeans, cut-offs, undergarments, or T-shirt’s in the pool. Children who are not toilet trained must wear no leak garments such as rubber pants.

Please shower before you enter the pool .

No running, No Diving or horseplay in the pool/pool area, or walking on the pool perimeter walls.

Electrical devices are not allowed in the pool/pool area.

Food or glass containers are not allowed in the pool/pool area. Only plastic containers or soda cans are allowed in the pool area.

Scuba gear or oversized flotation devices are not allowed in the pool.

DO NOT use life saving floatation device as a toy. This is for lifesaving purposes ONLY.

Please help keep the pool area clean. Place trash in trash containers, and return all pool furniture to its original place.

NO bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/wheels allowed in the pool area.

Please keep noise to a minimum, acoustics in the area magnify sound and may disturb other residents.

Please dry off before returning to the main building. Water puddles on the tile creates a hazard for other

occupants of the building.

Disregard for these safety rules may be cause to deny you or your guests use of the facilities.
