Queen’s Annual Homecoming Sidewalk Sale
Vendor Agreement
The Alumni Weekend Sidewalk Sale will occur on Saturday, October 4, 2003 from 9am to 2pm.
Vendor set-up for this event may occur between, BUT NOT PRIOR TO, the hours of 7am and 9am.
All participants must have their material packed up and areas cleared by 3pm.
Attendance is mandatory, regardless of weather conditions.
Participants are responsible for the cleanliness of their assigned area for the duration of the event.
Queen’s University, the Campus Activities Commission, the Welcoming Committee and their associates are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or damage to participants’ property.
Vendors will be charged by the Welcoming Committee for any damage to the property/grounds, materials, tables, chairs, etc., designated to the vendor.
The vendor acknowledges that electricity will not be provided by Queen’s University or the Welcoming Committee.
No Vendor may sell merchandise marked with a trademark of Queen’s University without appropriate licensing.
Unlicensed Vendors selling trademarked Queen’s University merchandise will be reprimanded in accordance with Welcoming Committee, AMS, and/or University policy, and/or criminal law.
Queen’s University, the Campus Activities Commission, the Welcoming Committee, and their associates reserve the right to remove any Vendor/participant from Campus grounds.
Queen’s University, the Campus Activities Commission, the Welcoming Committee, and their associates reserve the right to request a reduction in noise levels.

This year is the 145th reunion of ‘coming home’ to Queen’s Homecoming Celebrations. In honour of this milestone, the Welcoming Committee of 2003 is hard at work organizing a plethora of exciting events that both recognize and foster the Queen’s Spirit of the University’s past alumni and present students, staff and faculty. As the Co-Chairs of this year’s Welcoming Committee, we are pleased to organize and host such a traditionally successful weekend. This year’s Annual Homecoming Sidewalk Sale will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2003. The Homecoming Sidewalk Sale has been a favoured Queen’s tradition for many years. As a cornerstone in the Homecoming celebrations, this event offers businesses/merchants/community groups an excellent opportunity to target the huge consumer market that is comprised of Queen’s students and alumni.

Sidewalk spaces (including 1 6’ table and 2 chairs) are available for only $80.00 (profit group/business) and $55.00 (non-profit group/organization).
