All audition material from set “B” is new for 2012. Be sure you down load from the web site.

2. Audition packet ‘B’ at the indicated metronome markings.

Two 12 bar choruses of blues improvisation in either F or B flat is required for all auditioning students (except drums). These blues tracks can be found on Maiden Voyage, Volume #54 Aebersold CD.

Further consideration will be given to students who improvise on “Summertime” from the Maiden Voyage, Volume #54 Aebersold CD. The head and at least one, but no more than two choruses should be performed.

PIANO, GUITAR, BASS: (Vibe auditions are not accepted)
