ATTENDANCE
•Arrive 20 minutes prior to game time. 10 minutes after game time is automatic forfeit
•Forfeits must be reported 2 days prior to their game.
PLAYER REQUIREMENTS and ELIGIBILITY
•Team Rosters must be submitted by the first contest, FINAL ROSTERS due by the third contest– no changes will be permitted after the third contest.
•Players must register and compete with one (1) team only in a division.
•All parents are required to sign and return the code of ethics/conduct.
•All players must submit a signed waiver of liability release form prior to participating in the league. Students are not allowed to play without a waiver (18+ can sign for self)
•All players must be enrolled in school/day programs that he/she plays for. If a player already plays for a CHSAA team he is not eligible for this league.
•Discovery of an ineligible player participating in a game will result in forfeiture of that game.
•Teams must have the same color jerseys with numbers prior to start of league play. All players MUST wear the same number every game, number should be listed on the roster
•In order to play in the playoffs and finals player must have played in two league games (not including playoffs).
•No jewelry may be worn.
•A health history for each player is recommended.
SPORTSMANSHIP PENALTIES AND FOULS
- This is the responsibility of the coach. It is up to them to discuss the rules with the fans and players prior to the first game.
- Sportsmanship Policy - No game is important enough to warrant physical or verbal abuse of officials or participants. Each team is responsible for the actions of its members at all times during competition.
- The team coach or captain is the only player allowed to approach the referee with questions or concerns. Team captains and coaches are responsible for the behavior of their players.
- Any participant found to be disrespectful to the facilities or grounds will be suspended.
- Anyone displaying unsportsmanlike conduct will be ejected. The game will not resume until the ejected player/coach/spectator leaves the facility. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a forfeiture of the game.
- Players and coaches that receive two technical fouls or unsportsmanlike penalties in a game, will be ejected from that game and suspended from the next game played – during suspension they are NOT allowed to come onto game premises.
- Flagrant Fouls or Unsportsmanlike Penalties may result in immediate ejection.
- Any player receiving three technical fouls or unsportsmanlike penalties during the season will automatically be suspended from the next scheduled game and will receive a review from the coaches and referees.
- Any player or coach that is ejected twice during the season will be removed from the league for the rest of the current season.
- If a spectator displays unsportsmanlike conduct and is ejected, they are not allowed back in the building/on the field for the rest of the season. Spectators are asked to respect the facility

OFFICIALS:
Officials have the final say on all calls. Respect the decisions of the officials.
UNDER THE INFLUENCE | SMOKING
- Anyone clearly under the influence at the field will be suspended from the league, including players and fans.
- As a courtesy to other players and fans, smoking is prohibited.
SAFETY| FIRST AID KIT
•As a safety precaution, anyone who has suffered a bleeding injury during a game WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE playing until the injury has been taken care of.
•It is each team’s responsibility to provide a first aid/medical kit for their team. This includes iceand a stabilizer/immobilizer.
VOLUNTEER GAME POSITIONS
•In some sports there will be a need for volunteers to assist the officiating crew with execution of game specific needs. i.e. line judge, down marker. This position CANNOT be filled by a coach, it must be filled by a parent, fan, able adult attending the contest.
PARENTS AND FANS:
•Parents and fans will not be allowed on the field. Fans will be asked to stay in a designated section. If a parent comes onto the field (not including injury) the game will end and the team of the parent will lose the game.
GAME COMPLETION | SCORE REPORTING
•If a game is called for any reason by the referees, the game ends with the current score.
•It is the responsibility of the coaches to report the score at the conclusion of the game. All Division standings will be calculated based game scores reported.
