All Proceeds from the Event Are Used to Fund a Complete Spectrum of Programs and Services

Dear Friends,

On Friday, May 19, 2017, Genesis of Pittsburgh will hold its 30th annual Tee it Up for Genesis Golf Outing at Birdsfoot Golf Club in Freeport, PA. Last year’s SOLD OUT outing was a huge success, raising over $30,000 to support Genesis and our mission.

All proceeds from the event are used to fund a complete spectrum of programs and services to local pregnant women in need of support, including:

Genesis House. A maternity care facility located in Bellevue, PA, providing self-help and a home-like environment to pregnant women in need of shelter; which is the only residence of its kind in southwestern Pennsylvania.

Genesis Centers. Community outreach centers located in Washington and Allegheny counties that provide free maternity and infant clothing, baby equipment and essentials.

Learning Center. An educational center offering free classes to help pregnant women achieve a healthy childbirth and successful parenting in a supportive environment.

Adoption Services. For couples with love in their hearts and a deep desire to provide a home and a family to children in need of both.

The generosity of the businesses and individuals who have supported the outing over the past 29 years allows Genesis the opportunity to provide food, shelter and education to Pittsburgh-area women and their babies in a time of desperate need.

On behalf of the board of directors and the golf outing committee, we are asking for your support of our 2017 event. Would you please consider donating an item for our raffle? We are pleased to recognize your generosity in the event program.

While helping Genesis raise awareness for the life changing programs that we provide, your business will be showcased to the diverse group of philanthropic individuals that supportour work.

Additionally, our committee reserves the right to make all final decisions on what items are placed in the raffle. All other donations will be used appropriately for 2017-2018 Genesis events.
