CSOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Holiday Camps

•  Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, or direct debit (details above). All tennis fees are payable in advance and in full by no later than the 1st day of the tennis camp.

•  An administrative charge of $30 PER DAY will apply for any payment not made by the first day of the camp.

•  All programs require a non-refundable min $50 deposit before start of each program to secure places.

•  Family Discount Policy applies on families of 2 or more only if payment is made before the start of the camp. The discount applied is 10% on the 2nd or more participants for a full week booking only. Please note the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other Canberra School of Tennis promotion

•  Registration is for the complete duration of the camp or specified term. Credits will not be issued if programs are cancelled by client before the camp ends.

•  All camps have a wet weather policy where camps will be run indoors at a pre-determined/arranged venue where/when needed. Which will be communicated to clients if/when needed on the day.

•  All prices are subject to change.

•  Refunds will not be issued, only credit given of equal value and only under extenuating circumstances.

•  Information provided to Canberra School of Tennis is strictly for the use of Canberra School of Tennis and Tennis Australia only, for Hotshots or Cardio Tennis registration and to enable the provision of Tennis services to you and the broader community. Your or your children’s personal information may be provided to Tennis ACT and entered onto the tennis database. With this information Tennis ACT will be able to make better decisions about the future of tennis and motivate tennis communities to get COURT up in the game!

•  Please refer to the tennis privacy policy which can be found at http://www.tennis.com.au/privacy. The privacy policy sets out how tennis collects, uses, discloses and keeps secure your personal information. The policy also contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information or complain about a breach of your privacy and how that complaint will be dealt with.

•  All Canberra School of Tennis clients will receive all promotional material & updates unless requested otherwise.
